Get ready for a fantastic Flippin' Fun this March school holidays at United Square as the mall engage and interact with the kids and forge closer family bonds with a series of exciting hands-on activities from 8 - 24 March 2019.

Have you ever wondered what happened to the pair of flip flop which you have thrown away? Watch the creative artisan – Florence Auma Muga from Kenya as she transforms discarded flip-flops into colourful masterpieces in a 30-min live demo session. The event aims to bring forth a learn through play experience for school going children to educate them the importance of recycling and how we can save the earth. Parent-and-child teams can participate in the workshop sessions assisted by the artisans - Florence Auma Muga & Joe Mwakiremba to create their very own customized masterpieces with flip-flops.

Exhibition, Contest and Help Enter the Singapore Book of Records!

Over the two weekends, there will be contests such as Most Creative DIY Flip-Flop Design & Guess the Total Number of Flip-Flops used for the masterpieces at the exhibit. Winners stand to walk away with prizes.

United Square is attempting to enter the Singapore Book of Records with The Largest Mural of Flip-Flops. This will take place on Saturday, 23 March at 3pm. Shoppers are welcome to participate and seize the opportunity to make history.

Consent must be given for PDPA and all receipts will be scanned for internal audit purposes.

*Maximum 3 combined same-day receipts is allowed for redemption in person on the day of purchase. United Square’s receipts obtained after 9.30pm can be redeemed on the following day only. Limited to 1 redemption per shopper per day, regardless of total amount spent. Upon redemption, there will not be any refund allowed for purchases made.

+Only one enrichment centre’s receipt will be accepted as a fixed amount of $50 for redemption per shopper per day.

Only original receipts with full payment are accepted based on the net amount reflected on the receipts. NETS/Credit Card slips will not be accepted. Duplicate/handwritten receipts will not be accepted. Receipts from non-United Square retailers’ atrium sales, office tenants, payment of monthly bills & services such as medical, dental, laundry, phone, credit card, e-voucher purchase, installments and topping up of cash/ prepaid/stored value cards etc. will not be accepted for redemption.

 

Redemption of Workshop Pass and/or POPPoints are on a while stocks last basis. United Square reserves the right to replace the redemption item of a similar value. Shoppers are required to be present and provide a valid mobile number for redemption. For the redemption of 1,000 POPPoints, shopper will have to registered as a U-POPP member. Registration can be via the U-POPP mobile app or at the Concierge located at Level 1. Participants must be at least 6 years of age to participate in the workshop.

 

United Square’s Concierge is open daily from 10:30am to 9.30pm. Staff and management of UOL Group Limited, retail tenants, employees, promoters and their families are not eligible to participate in any promotional redemption.
