• Redemption of 1 Hour Free Parking is applicable with a minimum spend of $30 in a single receipt from F&B outlet. (Limited to the first 50 redemptions per day)
• Redemption of $10 U-POPP Gift Card is applicable with a minimum spend of $120 (maximum of 3 combined same-day receipts, must be redeemed in person on the day of purchase) At least 1 receipt must be from a F&B outlet. $10 U-POPP Gift Card is redeemable at F&B outlets at United Square and Velocity@Novena Square. (Limited to the first 100 redemptions per day)
• Redemptions are on a while stocks last basis, only for purchases made after 3pm, limited to 1 redemption per shopper per day regardless of amount spent. Upon redemption, there will not be any refund allowed for purchases made.
• Redemption hours are from 10am to 9.30pm daily. Velocity / United Square receipts obtained after 9.30pm can be redeemed on the following day only.
• Consent must be given for PDPA and all receipts will be scanned for internal audit purposes.
• Only original receipts with full payment are accepted based on the net amount reflected on the receipt. NETS/Credit Card slips will not be accepted. Receipts cannot be reused for other promotions.  Duplicate/ handwritten/ third party (i.e. receipts that are not from any Participating Merchants) and receipts for payments to Participating Merchants which has been issued or provided via any mobile payment platform/ application (e.g. FavePay/ GrabPay) will not be accepted. Receipts from non-Velocity retailers’ atrium sales, office tenants, banks and pay Upon redemption, there will not be any refund allowed for purchases made of monthly bills & services such as medical, dental, laundry, phone, credits cars, U-POPP gift card purchase, installments and topping up of cash/ prepaid/ stored value cards etc. will not be accepted for redemption. Velocity / United Square reserve the right to replace the redemption item of a similar value. Members are required to present and provide a valid mobile number for redemption.
• Velocity’s Customer Service Counter is open daily from 10am to 9.30pm.
• United Square's Customer Service Counter is open daily from 10.30am to 9.30pm.
• Staff and management of UOL Group Limited, retail tenants, employees, promoters and their families are not eligible to participate in any promotional redemption.
