We will be conducting an One-Time Mobile Number Verification Exercise for all U-POPP members starting 3 Oct 2022 to increase app security and boost user experience.
You may follow the steps below
- Update to the latest version of the U-POPP App.
- Log in to the latest U-POPP App using your registered mobile number and password.
- Click on “Send SMS OTP” to receive your 6-digit OTP.
- Key in the 6-digit OTP and the One-Time Mobile Number Verification will be completed.
Rest assured that your existing POPPoints, Car Park Rebates, E-Vouchers and transactional information will be retained.

If you did not receive the SMS OTP, try the following troubleshooting methods
1. Disable any blocked numbers or restrictions for receiving SMSes
2. Restart the device in order to refresh the connection to the network operator
